Rules and directions for all such persons as are obliged to find or contribute, either
towards horse or foot, in the militia : with the manner and proportions of assessing
and charging the same; as also of furnishing arms, according to the mandate which
is expected, from the present circumstances of affairs, will speedily be issued out;
the whole carefully abstracted from all the several acts of Parliament in force relating
thereto.
